You know there's a whole lot of bullsh*t when the commentator monkey states that use of premium fuel will reduce carbon deposits on the valves of a direct injection engine. Nah, not in this universe. The way to reduce carbon deposits on valves is to use a catch can to decant as much of the oil mist that gets mixed with the EGR gases and passed through the turbo, intercooler, and then into the head and onto the valves. The turbo lasts longer, everything stays cleaner. Applies equally to direct injection petrol and diesel engines, although sometimes you might have a VW that has extra injectors to clean the intake. Still need a catch can for those engines, to keep the turbo and intercoolers clean.

You mentioned additives to almost all the fluids in this VW without naming a brand? Even a fuel additive? Then driving for 10 min straight without hitting traffic? 😂😂😂 I call it nonsense
