  One fact related to polar bears. In the town of Churchill residents leave their car doors unlocked. The reason so a human has somewhere to escape to in the very limited &nbsp;time allowed to avoid and being killed and eaten by one of these massive bear. The world record for a polar bear is 11 feet 1 inches tall while standing on its hind legs. Thats 1 foot 1 inch taller than a regulation basketball hoop 😮 !

  the polar bear is the only animal that sees humans as snacks. most predators avoid us, this one looks at us like a vending machine

  The bears hairs act a bit like fibre optics, channelling light (heat) to the skin.<br>Their feet use a counter current heat exchange to keep them warm.<br>They are not scared of a rifle warning shot as it sounds a lot like cracking ice floes.<br>They like eating dog food.

  Polar bear populations are NOT in decline. the 1970&apos;s estimates were 8000 to 10,000 and most now estimate it&apos;s closer to 26,000. Tripling your population in 50 years is not &quot;decline.&quot;
