Our society is a scam. Success is not always a meritocracy, most times its set up by those in charge.

That’s why they want robots. To not feel any sexual attraction to beings that can retaliate.

May I suggest a topic for your next video? Self-evaluations. A lot of companies ask us employees to write self-assessments. That is a trap. People think that by being humble and admitting their weaknesses, they will be rewarded. WRONG. Self-assessments are a trap that corporations use to get you to admit wrongdoing in writing.

Aloha Regina, can you do a topic on how to react/respond to a supervisor who SUDDENLY gets nice AFTER you file a complaint? Theyre so nice that it's not only uncomfortable but you can TELL they're trying to change the narrative. It's very distressing because you WANT to believe it but you can't. I already know the mistreatment done. The labeling. Name calling.  I just don't believe it and it's actually sickening seeing it.

Abuse of power (with impunity) is what cracks the foundations of society and destroys lives.  Severe personality disorders are at the highest levels. Many will deny even with video evidence.

Sometimes it isnt just about the money and I dont think that's always a bad thing. Sometimes its about trying to prevent that person from doing that type of harm to innocent people in the future. And getting them locked up is one way to do that.

A generous severance package, a recommendation and off the employee goes.

I think that hubris impaired Diddy's ability to settle out of court.

So much to think about when all you want is what's fair.  If the case had settled, we would not be where we are today.  David before Goliath, it takes courage-- sometimes giants need to fall... even when you don't get paid.

I think settling could have delayed Diddy’s downfall long enough to where he may have never received justice however everything done in the dark will come to light sometimes you re that light and sometimes you are fireworks that leads others to investigate.
