I don't mind your long shows. Sometimes you need a long show for people like me to better understand your main point. Most of the time you get right to the point and use the rest of your show to support that.
That's what I prefer. Get right to the point and then support that with your evidence.
You guys have been life changing for me.
Keep up the great work and thank for your service to humanity. ❤

I had a Afib surgery 3 months ago, which went very well. Before I left the hospital they took some more blood tests. They found I have LPa at that time the number was 435. WOW. It is now 545. I am going into the lpa new drugs tests. I have not had any problems yet!!! I am 77 years old I weigh 155. I am very active I live on a ranch. I just wish they would get on this. 😧

I’ve become convinced to treat Lp(a) like a bad genotype: stare at and block the effect and look at the level . Aspirin to counter the thrombogenic sticky platelets; focus on CONTROLLABLE factors like insulin resistance, oral inflammation and pluggable holes in the boat. Niacin has favorable impact on inflammation and other lipid levels if tolerated.

The body doesnt make mistakes in biology.
If I have lots of LPa. GOOD! It sweeps the junk off to the liver for disposal.
If I have high cholesterol anything....it means I have a mineral imbalance... its called nutrional immunity.
Likely iron accumulation + poor oxygen utilization from lack of copper.
the fear mongering about cholesterol never stops. They just keep moving the goal posts on which part of cholesterol is bad.
Remember when we werent allowed to eat eggs???

The older I get, the more precious the way I spend my time becomes. This was, for me, an hour very well spent! Thank you for the deep dive into this subject. You are truly the modern day Dynamic Duo.😊

I used my chatgpt put the microphone on and told it to listen to what Doctor Brewer and told it to do that. It calculated by remnant cholesterol to be 14 mg/dl.
