I cant help but wonder if brain damage occured in utero with the cord around his neck. Sadly most people with serious mental illness dont want to take meds because they dont think its fair thar they feel so bad on them. We need compassion for this mom. She loves her son and did try to get help. Look what the system did, sign him over to the state. Does anyone remember what the state did with mentally handicapped??
