$300 is crazy work for a six year old headphone is my first thought. Still kinda want one though.

After all these years xm4 still work like day 1, I don't know why release a new model every year

I don't think its nostalgia driving these releases. Rather, with the flagship models headed to $400 USD and above, both brands realized they need some models in the price band below the flagships. And they decided to change the styling for those wanting a more colorful/fun vibe.

Thanks for the review guys. I think I'll just pay a little more and get the Momentum 5 instead.

Would be nice to mention some of those other brands that have same level ANC and sound quality and decent app support for the fraction of the price, I'm open to buying them. This channel is gold.

Just received one of these. It's going straight back. Very noticeable background hiss when noise reduction is active.

I haven't seen it anywhere but I had the older Bose and it leaked like cray even at lower volumes. has this been fixed in the newer version?
