  I love Lauren, i had quite a few interactions with my dad after he died, he once helped me find my horse in a very big field in the dark in thick fog, and my horse was grey, i was calling him to no affect because he was a stubborn boy who liked his food. Suddenly i heard a voice calling my name, i never even thought about being scared because i knew it was my dads voice, so i walked towards his voice, and there was my horse!

  Lauren's youtube channel must help her because she gets to talk about things. She helps us as she may be helping herself. She is an awesome woman.

  It probably seems like an odd profession to most, but people like her are angels who are there to respectfully handle one of the worst parts of life, the part where it stopped for someone, but has to go on for the rest.

  My dad was angry when he died. We had his memorial at his home. My dad collected antique clock, alarm clocks and radios.  While people were going through the food line every clock, every antique radio, even a tv that didn’t work, all started making noise. Wall clocks chimed, radios started blaring and that tv that was unplugged turned on very loud. It was insane! My son calmly said it’s ok grandpa. We have this. We love you. And the cacophony stopped.

  having been a nurse, and then a holistic practitioner, then a part time hospice caregiver some of my most amazing conversations in life have been with morticians! LOVE YOU guys for doing this podcast! Teach your children well!

  My first wife, the one I had children with, use to come in and shake the bed when I had to get up and go to work, pissed me off every time. Years later she passed in our home while on hospice, a couple of nights later I woke to the bed shaking, I live in Southern California and figured we had had an earthquake. Next morning I checked the USDS site and we had no earthquakes the previous night...No explanation for what was shaking my bed, except?? I wouldn't have put it past her.

  I was a firefighter she speaks the truth about holidays! I use to put granola bars in every pocket of everything I had to wear in a shift. You don’t stop calls are back to back. I know everyone wants to go go on holidays I prefer to stay home and stay alive!
