  I am 87 year old. Can barely walk a few steps, suffer fibromyalgia and severe arthritis &nbsp;+ meniere disease. &nbsp;I thank God everyday when l wake up. There is no way l would ask my family to see me die. When God call me home &nbsp;, it is up to him. I stay independent as long as l can. &nbsp;I suppose it all depend of your faith. Old &nbsp;age teach me humility and patience. There is a time for everything let us embrace the good and the bad . It help if you have a living family. This is a beautiful loving family so sad for them ❤❤❤

  My dear friend chose Death with Dignity on January 2nd, 2026. He had metastatic prostate cancer that had consumed his entire spine. He was in agony at the end and drugs couldn&apos;t touch his pain without totally knocking him out, he wanted to be aware of what was happening around him. 😢 He didn&apos;t have to travel out of the country, he died in Santa Barbara, California. In a Hospice care hospital. The last thing he said to me was, I love you and I&apos;ll se you on the other side. R.I.P. my dear friend. &nbsp;❤

  Many People who survive near-lethal suicide attempts report experiencing instant and profound regret the exact moment they take action. I hope it’s not the case for people choosing this procedure. I understand why they choose this but it must be very difficult turning up voluntarily to your own death day. My heart goes out to them.
