Some black kid was walking around the food court at our mall yelling “white power” soon after this came out many years ago. I immediately knew the reference he was making, but most people were so confused. It was hilarious. 🤣

The co-creator of this show, Neal Brennan wrote this skit. Not Chappelle. Dude never gets credit for it. He's the white dude whose head blows up in the meeting who also says, "Show us your face show us your face!"<br><br>It's (very) loosely based on Chappelle's mixed race grandfather who always identified more as non-black and was racist towards blacks.
