  The craziest job listing I saw was for a coroner's assistant. 24/7/365 on call all the time, have to take crime scene photos, move bodies, have been a cop prior or medical experience... $15 an hour, no pay for being on call. Completely insane.

  It should be illegal to mark entry level positions as anything more than 0-1 year experience.

  As someone who has actually done 80+ hr workweeks, I don’t think most people realize how hard it is to actually do. I hear people say it all the time but I don’t think many actually have done it. It sucks and it is literally the only thing you do besides go home eat, try and get some, then pass out. It’s miserable.

  ....I was laid off a few years ago, i decided to go back to being a security guard (so i can go back to college)....and i applied for Allied Universal....mind you, i have over 10 years of security experience....i ended up doing 4 rounds of "interviews" and "orientations" at that company...after that, they wanted me to go down to the jobsite and meet the field supervisor (and since i was not officially hired, it was not compensated)... i never felt more disrespected of my time....its a security job....not a hard thing to do.... i feel like there needs to be a law that protects job applicants from this insanity.

  Companies do this so they claim no "qualified" candidates accept the job, then they hire a H1B visa worker.
