  I always felt that one of the major plot points in this movie being Buddy forcing a kid to hug him while she's crying and screaming was definitely intended to make you think.

  You know what’s telling?<br><br>When he was making up the excuse of the blood on Josh’s book. He said BETTY spilled paint, not that HE spilt paint.<br><br>It’s never his fault. Even in the fake excuses.

  something else that&apos;s amazing about the movie is that the kids were therapized through all of it to make sure they were going to be ok! all horror scenes were without them on set (apart from the costumes), and the guy in the buddy suit went with the kids to a theme park so they wouldn&apos;t be scared when he was in costume! I&apos;m just glad that they took the extra steps for the actors.

  Something I noticed is that nurse Nancy wears pants while grace doesn’t, and that these pants don’t really match the shirt/dress. Which to me is a hint that Nancy had the same thing happen to her and chose to wear these pants to make it harder for buddy the next time he tries

  I’m not letting people forget that these same billionaires are also the ones throwing money into technology that creates videos and images indistinguishable from real life. Meaning that if things keep going the way they’re going, all evidence against them will just be brushed off as AI. You can’t convince me that they didn’t have any sort of ulterior motive creating AI tech.

  Something that’s very interesting is the fact that they used unicorns. In midevil paitings unicorns are often depicted with younger girls/women. The white unicorn repersents purity but the horn which can be interpreted as phallic &nbsp;which represents the loss of innocence (virginity in this case). So it’s interesting that they chose to make buddy a unicorn and also have these dark sexual undertones with young women and girls

  I don’t really think the mural of Bobby and Benny was meant to show that there were other, similarly maniacal unicorns out there, I think it was meant to showcase the fact that Buddy rose to the position he is in by violently subjugating and disposing of his peers.<br><br>The evidence that points to this is the inclusion of a yellow unicorn which appears very much similar to the depiction of Benny on the wall. In the mural, Benny had a sun mark on his belly in the same way that Buddy has a heart on his. Assuming that this means that Benny subsists on sunlight, locking him under the well is a particularly cruel method of defeating him.<br><br>As for Bobby, I think Buddy must’ve killed him. In the mural, Bobby is actually the one at the center rather than Buddy as we would’ve expected. This along with the star mark on his chest makes me think Bobby was the original ‘star’ of the show. Buddy would never be able to stand someone else receiving more love than him, so he must’ve gotten rid of Bobby.

  First off, thank you so such for talking about the sexual abuse side of this movie and the epstien files and how trump is a part of them. Thats super important when it seems like so many people have just gone back to their lives like normal, like none of this effects them.<br><br>Also:<br><br>I think part of the reason Buddy likes hugs so much (and why that works for your analogy to child predators) is bc a hug is one of the most socially acceptable form of coercion against children bc its not seen a sexual but it still a violation of their consent if they don&apos;t want one. And Buddy knows this and proves it with Nurse Grace. He gets her to give him an inch and he takes a mile by sexually assaulting her. Also, he takes the bandage from her and the axe bc he didn&apos;t actually <i>need</i> her to fix him up, he felt the need to reestablish his power and control over another person, someone &quot;weaker&quot; and &quot;smaller&quot; than him, so when he couldn&apos;t harm a child emotionally, physically, or sexually he went after a woman.

  Just for the record, there were parents who actually thought that this was a kid&apos;s movie. I wonder how many people are going to talk about Buddy as their first childhood trauma

  I think the first hint about this is during the beginning of the film where buddy is off screen punishing Josh (the kid with the book who just didn&apos;t want to dance) for not wearing something Buddy wanted him to. Something that would also restrict his movement mind you. And we can hear buddy off screen telling him to just lift his leg, so it was foreshadowed he was a predator from that point so after that is when it clicked for me.

  Thank you. I thought I was the only one seeing what Capser Kelly and too many cooks are trying to say. They are trying to say that Hollywood needs to do better at protecting these kids, and so do the parents
