Media really helped me learn the difference between bisexual and pansexual individuals. I thought bisexuals could only love men and women but characters like Eda from The Owl House taught me that's not true.

Omg thank you for including historical examples. At the end of the day queer people are just people with stories and not specimens for people to constantly scrutinize

6:16 I actually live in one of these countries, its hard here because there are no safe spaces for queer people and there's a chance if someone finds out you're queer you could get beat up

Love the video! On another note, it's also important to remember that us being this free, with the rights that we have as queer people is a new development in SELECT countries. I hate how some people just say bullshit that "We're equal now, you're not getting attacked" Like what?

I identified as pan for a while but changed for bi because I thought pan meant not having a preference while bi people did. I’m also aroace but I figured out I would like to be with anyone, but would prefer women. I still prefer to identify as bi since it’s what I’m comfortable with but I myself didn’t know that was a misconception.

I am a Japanese lesbian. I am not very good at English, so I couldn't fully understand the details of the video, but I learned a lot! In Japan, there are still few videos that explain LGBTQ+ topics in detail. This message was created using a translation tool.
