A neighbor reached out to me about this property and told me it was getting really overgrown and that I should come take a look. Luckily, they knew the family pretty well, so they passed along the homeowner's daughter's number. I gave her a call, and she said she'd meet me over there, so I hopped in the truck and drove right over. Once we started talking, she told me this is actually her mom's house, and her parents have owned it for almost fifty years, so she grew up here. Her dad passed away a few years ago, and her mom's health has been declining pretty bad, so she's been focused on taking care of her. The lawn has been the last thing on their mind, and it just got away from them. What made it worse was the city had already posted notices on the property. If nothing got done, they were looking at fines or having a private contractor come out and charging them something they couldn’t afford. So, I told her I'd get the whole thing cleaned up completely free of charge and spent the whole day cleaning it up. The backyard was the worst of it. Vines had taken over the fence, the grass was crazy tall, and the entire brick patio was buried underneath all of it. I worked my way through the edges, the curbs, the driveway, and every bit of that overgrowth. Then at the end I got a FREE wood chip delivery from a company called ChipDrop so be sure to stay until the very end of this video to see that and the awesome before and after pictures, because it does not even look like the same house.uld finally get back out there and play made the whole job worth it. ▶ Get FREE wood chips from ChipDrop - https://getchipdrop.com/?ref=sbmowing ------------------------------------------------ ▶ Help support my work by picking up some merch - https://sbmowing.com/shop ------------------------------------------------ ▶ Watch SB Pressure Washing - sbpressurewashing ------------------------------------------------ ▶ Checkout my Kubota equipment here - https://www.kubotausa.com/mowers ------------------------------------------------ ▶ See my Maruyama edger, trimmer, and blower - https://sbmowing.com/shop ------------------------------------------------ ▶ Checkout the handle on my shovel the "Reach Right" - https://reachrightusa.com/sbmowing/ ------------------------------------------------ ▶ Join my newsletter here - https://sbmowing.com/join-newsletter ------------------------------------------------ ▶ Help me out by leaving a 5 star review - https://g.page/r/CRhGJrRAiDnrEAE/review
