  I think thats funny is even though charmy is weakest, i assure you when he releases he is gonna be the most annoying little survivor as he would probably have a smaller hitbox and flight along with a sting ability, they shoudl totally give him voiclines so he can damage the exe psychologicly too

  Rouge Fought Knuckles to a standstill in SA2 shes clearly a Rival to him<br><br>Omega is strong enough to take out Shadow and has done it in the Future<br><br>In Base Infinite can’t do anything to Surge their places should be switched<br><br>1-7 is pretty Solid with 1-6 being able to win against eachother. Its just some characters like Rouge, Mighty, Omega &amp; maybe even Espio &amp; Sally that should have different rankings

  What you&apos;re forgetting is that most of the character in Outcome Memories are in their CLASSIC forms.<br>Most of the modern characters cannot be power scaled without more lore in the future<br>Also Tails &amp; Mighty &amp; Ray should be in a better placement, they fought a Metal Sonic (with sonic and knuckles) that&apos;s charged by the master emerald and (kinda) won
