  Gave all of my solar panels a bath, noticed my roof panels are snail tracking which is the older cheaper panels do so if your solar panels look like they got shorts going through it don't worry about it. Also I checked my TVs are running off of solar

  Hey #3! Exciting! It&apos;s pronounced humm-sink (just like humming and a kitchen sink). They&apos;ve been around for quite a while, pretty decent brand. A friend has a bunch of 48v server rack batteries of theirs that are pretty old and they&apos;re still doing good. <br><br>Uh oh!! This is where you get into the Home Assistant (HA) territory! lol My HA (which I access the server anywhere on my network or even through the internet if I really wanted to) shows all kinds of power information in my power panel. PV input, AC outputs, inverter information. I used to have the battery tied in to, but I took that out because the logs were getting a little big. You can run HA on a Raspberry Pi even, or any cheap older computer. Once you get it setup, it doesn&apos;t need mouse/keyboard/monitor, you access it through the webpage. <br><br>My HA also controls things like lights, server temps, I even keep inventory (with helpers) of certain items around the house so I know when I need more (like toilet paper). My generator automatically starts (also tied into HA) when my house SoC is below 30% to charge back up to 65% it&apos;s programmed for (I have a custom lowering charging scripts that lowers the charging over about 4 minutes or so - the charge ends up like 67-68% after that time normally). <br><br>HA can be accessed with your phone if you get the HA compainion app (android). You can access it on your own network with a web browser. You can even access it through your VPN remotely (or you can do the easy route and pay like $5/mo for their service). <br><br>On cloudy days, I&apos;d just kick that 80a (+125A once you get it in) charger(s) on for a few hours when you&apos;re not getting a lot of sun. I never charge to 100% on solar/grid, I only just run the generator (or grid) for a couple of hours if I need to. <br><br>How long did the 16kwh storage last you since it was last charged? This also gives you a pretty good idea of how long they&apos;ll last on overcast days.

  I can&apos;t keep my lifepo4 batteries balanced when all are connected to same bus bar.

  Does your power company offer a Time of Use plan so you can charge your batteries from 11pm to 6am for cheaper?

  I asked how much you wanted for the pool heaters weeks ago and would have bought both but I ended up buying one
