You give out great information. Thank you got that. I'm 100 percent total and permanent. I'm 56 years old and I have been receiving my benefits since 2018
I live in Mexico and I have been living here for 8 years. I love it and Mexico is my medicine.
I just have one question for you sir...
WHY DON'T YOU HAVE ANY VIDEO'S COVERING INFORMATION ON VETERANS LIVING ABROAD? LIKE THE FOREIGN MEDICAL PROGRAM. AND SO MANY MORE PROGRAMS AND HOW TO NAVIGATE THE VA. FOR THE VETERANS THAT ARE LIVING OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES? BECAUSE THERE ARE MILLIONS THAT LIVE OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES. I FEEL THAT WE ARE NEGLECTED. THANK YOU FOR YOUR TIME SIR.

Great breakdown. The comments here about ACE exams show how much veterans need to understand the bigger picture before walking into an exam.

Every ACE exam I've had has been a negative MO, even with a positive IMO from my own treating specialists with objective evidence. One had even stated that my records were silent for TMD when I have noted TMD on my exit exam.

Yes had an ACE Exam , current appeal. I was told that may or may not get a call. Aug 14th and that day I did not receive one. However Aug 17th a different contractor (MEDFRES) perform a full DBQ . I still have not received the decision on this matter. TDIU requested fatigue exam , I am a Gulf War Vet , this I believe is a presumptive.

I believe this was an Ace exam where I had gone to a LH CNP where my flat feet, my R knee and my ridiculopathy were examined and the left knee had not been in my medical records, but The c n p examiner submitted it as forty percent , and the v a said it has continued as forty percent but deferred. It came back a week or so later , as continued at forty percent , and they said that it was secondary to the fifty percent I had for my flat feet. So the VA made the decision on its own to give me a rating for my left knee, even though it wasn't claimed and they connected the dots themselves and made the decision that it was secondary to the effects of my flat feet. So in my case, It was good.

Also it is not the responsibility of the VA contract examiner to do the initial diagnosis. If you have no current diagnosis you should not get an exam.

I can't use VA because I live in Japan as a Navy retiree without a U.S. phone number. Now 100% by a stroke, I am helpless to deal with VA online.
