  I am from LA too and i agree with what he is saying. I been to Malaysia several times and i love it. Hopefully in the near future i am thinking about moving either to Malaysia or Singapore as well. I love bukit bintang area and westin hotel best location to be but for living i am considering mont Kiara area.

  Fellow Southern Californian here! I pay $3600 a month for a condo. Homelessness runs rampant outside of the gate. I am looking forward to retire to SEA in a few years! Love KL! Have visited Penang, JB ad KK also.

  Unfortunately many US cities are the same way. Very expensive and unsafe. Even rural areas that have been historically safe and quaint are over run with drug addicts, poverty, unemployment. Its quite sad and disheartening. I liked this interview. You should do more of this style, if you can.
