  I spent 2 years in Japan and did a lot of touristy things in a lot of places, and I always found no matter how busy, touristy, famous, or overblown a place was, tourism in Japan is much more enjoyable, less offensive, and less blatantly predatory than anywhere else I’ve travelled.

  When visited, everyone said I HAD to visit Peter. &nbsp;I was worried about the hype, but they were right. &nbsp;Fun experience; great value. &nbsp;Would visit Peter again! &nbsp;But I do worry that with so much social media exposure, Peter will become overtouristed as well.

The way to eat candy floss, fairy floss, or spun sugar, is by grabbing bits that you can roll into a ball with a single, dry and clean hand. You then stuff the ball into your mouth with the same hand, being very careful not to touch your lips or tongue, so you don&apos;t get saliva on your fingers. The whole game is keeping your fingers bone dry, and you can eat the whole thing without melting anything onto your face or hands.
