  The Goonies, Labyrinth, and Big Trouble in Little China were my upbringing, pretty much. I never get tired of this film, ever.

  OMG THE GOONIES!! literally such a comfort movie, i used to watch this all the time 🥹 you end up loving this group so much, their chemistry together is just amazing. this was so fun to revisit with you!

  Easily my favorite factoid about this is the crew refused to let the kids see the ship set before they came down the slides. &nbsp;That reaction on their faces is genuine.

  That&apos;s what it was like being a Gen X kid. You got to wander around unsupervised with your friends. We all remember our first deadly booby-trap experience. It made us stronger.😁

  &quot;Hey You Guuuuuys&quot; was from the opening titles of The Electric Company, a kids educational show on PBS. Actress Rita Moreno screams that phrase for the show.<br><br>Spielberg played a prank on director Richard Donner after the movie wrapped. Donner assumed all the kids hated him since they all disappeared after the movie wrapped, so he flew to Hawaii for vacation. &nbsp;Then all the kids and cast showed up at his vacation house unannounced to suprise him. Theres actual video of this on YouTube.
