  It needed to fail. Cloud gaming would kill the industry. Not allowing ownership, mods, or offline play.

  I like how they actually scammed us by saying it can do all of this but didn’t mention you need a subscription and it still doesn’t do half of the things they said it “can” do

  Stadia is exactly what I don&apos;t want to happen to video games, a purely streaming, online-only experience where you don&apos;t own anything and are at the mercy of another company&apos;s data to play games. It&apos;s for that reason I applauded Stadia&apos;s downfall.
