I met her several times in the 80's and 90's and always found her to be gracious and witty. I imagine she could have had a temper, but have always believed the stories about her are exaggerated.

I have had Maltese pups for years. They are the most devoted companion dogs you will find. That pup deserved the inheritance. He was there in all the good times and the bad. I remember reading her maid took charge of him after she passed.❤
