As an American, we would feel that we’re in a movie seeing double decker buses, red phone boxes, Victorian street lamps, winding through a picturesque countryside passing through quaint villages, seeing a variety of styled and ornate architecture, steep roofs and chimneys!

I highly recommend you give New England a visit for autumn foliage. New Hampshire, Vermont and Maine are all stunning in late September and October.

If you’re here in October, try to see the leaves changing! It’s a beautiful time of year

<b>"Why would you go to the US?! The politics in America are too chaotic and unstable! You'll get shot!"</b><br><br>Meanwhile, the UK is on it's 7th Prime Minister in 10 years; retired MPs (Ann Widdecomb) are now being murdered in their own homes; people are going to jail for Facebook posts; oh, and we can't forget the monthly Pro-Palestine "parades", aka 'riots.' <br><br>By all means, please keep lecturing us on proper social cohesion, perpetually online British commentors who were in the Hutchinsons' comments section trying to discourage their USA trip.

Yeah!!! I’m so glad you’re coming back and BONUS you’ve already experienced Spring, Autumn is something else entirely—I hope you experience Halloween in a real American neighborhood. Since you’ll be here in Autumn you may want to check out some of the Northern states. <br>❤

As a full-time RVer, I loved watching your RV videos and the fact that you found the livability of RV life. Obviously it is completely different when you own your own rather than renting, but it is a legit way to live and explore this huge amazing country. You talked about how you were surprised that there weren’t more “tourists” at the RV parks, I would bet that many of them were tourists from other states. RV life is amazing. I know you like to get the feel of living here, but remember that part of living here is visiting the amazing places. I hope you are able to explore out west and some of the big National Parks like the Grand Canyon, Yosemite, etc.

Visiting the southern USA in October/November is good. The weather is much better than during the summer.

Catch a college football game somewhere in the southeast since you're coming in October.

In Arkansas there are counties that are completely dry.

If you come back in October you have to check out the fall foliage throughout New England, Pennsylvania and upstate New York. Even throughout the mid south like Tennessee, North Carolina and Virginia. They have maps where they show where the foliage colors are peak. Breathtaking!

I gather there are people taught the wrong number of states in the US, either 51 or 52; it's really 50. That's the same number of stars on our flag, thus far it's increased for each added state, the 49-star version only lasted a year because 50 was added so quickly, for Alaska then Hawaii.<br>Yes, Walmart sells guns, but not in all stores, and not as many as used to be. Unless you asked an employee to open the glass case, you didn't handle a real, gunpowder based firearm, in Walmart.<br>Since you're coming in October, you need to see some fall color. Check online for which states & areas will be peaking at your intended time; that might influence your destination choice.
