This truck belonged to my Papaw. I have so many memories from inside that cab. Taking naps in the bed while my Papaw drove was one of my favorite things to do

That old Pete is killer!!! I was reading Overdrive before I had a drivers license; all those switches and gauges touch something in those of us indoctrinated in old school trucking and the trucks that went with it. My life took some directions-didn’t drive trucks until in my late 40s and got to enjoy it until at 60 I had a major health issue that shut it all down. Thanks for sharing your amazing find. Thank you Chris for documenting trucks and truckers! There are passionate truckers and trucker cultures all over the planet. We make the world go round.😎🚛
