All subliminal audios have an immediate effect on me and on anyone who reminds me of them. I manifest, decree, and give thanks, thank you universe, and whoever reminds me of them will receive a multiplied effect.

Hi, i just felt like sharing today.
It's been 1 and a half month that i've been listening consistently to this, like 5/6 times a week on repeat, i've always been struggling with insulin resistance and PCOS, and also lipedema. My legs got incredibly skinnier to the point where it almost formed a gap, my belly SHRINKED, like SUCKED IN, my face got more lean, everyone (literally) is complimenting me because of my weight loss. i don't have any weight updates because i've struggled all my life with body dysmorphia, but i now see more clearly my reflection in the mirror and see a very big difference. i wanted to thank you because there WORKS, and i'm not on a diet, i just eat intuitively and apparently i've been eating less since. of course i'm on medication for my condition but it's been years since im on it, so, it's definitely thanks to you! i don't know how to thank you girl, you're an angel

I listened to this yesterday, I wrote down some things I wanted, I said them before I went to sleep. When I woke up, I didn't remember that I tried to do it. Till I looked in the mirror and thought to myself "I'm looking a little skinnier", that's when I remembered. This is my first time trying subliminals.
