What a lot of people don’t realize is that there’s actually a science to this. The affirmations put in the description are read at a frequency that you cannot consciously hear. Listening to this as you sleep you obviously become unconscious so these affirmations are delivered to your unconscious mind. Your conscious mind will often reject these affirmations as it forms a poor self image regarding yourself but they will stick more because that barrier is removed when you’re asleep and the messages are being delivered to your subconscious mind as these affirmations will be deeply rooted in your mind making more of an impact. I have a lot of insecurity about my appearance and I fell asleep to an audio that was meant to help with confidence in looks and I woke up and could have sworn my face changed but it was really just those affirmations I would reject as false actually actualizing in my mind.

 y’all . these subliminales genuinely do work 😭😭😭😭 i’m so new to them so i’ve been coming back & commenting on a lot of vids BUT HOLY FUCK BRO i struggle with being a really non emotionally regulated person & i used to have little to no confidence in EVERYTHING i’m not even talking just in appearance i mean in how i feel, handle things & deal with everything . it was so bad </3

some of the affirmations from the desc i used the most were the “i handle things with ease” & confidence in situations and it really helped me a lot i’m proud of the growth idk

again i just got into subliminales, i’ve always believed in them but never made time to try it ,,, so i’m sorry for rambling but i’m just so stunned idk 😭😭😭 T^T

edit; fixed typos ;-;

 I stick this on before i fall asleep, nice and relaxing and for someone who uses alot of subliminals, i find this one to really work where i actually notice a difference in how confident i feel. (Im not an anxious person but i struggle with confidence), even after a week of using this the difference is huge.
