To explain the Moxxie thing, the guy who was singing plays the character Moxxie in Helluva Boss, the other Hellaverse show set in the same universe as Hazbin. He also voice directs for both shows and is a storied voice actor in his own right. Moxxie and him both love the theater so they had him take the Mimzy part.

I didn't notice this until someone pointed it out, but in the Stayed Gone performance Amir moves his fingers as if he's tapping an invisible staff. These actors truly love their roles and give their all!

"More than Anything" always makes me cry, but I thought I was safe this time. I was not.

Did you notice Viv's dress pattern matched the Hotel's wallpaper?

Poison also shows the difference between writing a song for tv/recorded media vs a live performance like theater... Our poor Blake Roman had to swallow a whole word because he HAD to take a gulp of air in

Ending this Broadway Show on "Hear my hope" feels special to me, because it's a song that goes beyond the series context for me. It's hope that Hazbin Hotel, who started as a single project on youtube, with characters born from the single mind of Vivzypop, some when she was just a teenager, can become something even bigger with season 3, maybe season 4, maybe season 5... And it's also a call to everyone out there with ideas in their mind and the will to share them with the world, to not give up because you never know where you might land.
