  This was me. Horribly abusive and miserable moms sister in law . When I finally stood up and told the truth that every one of them knows , they scapegoated me. Blessing in disguise because now I am free of all of them.

  When I was little I used to think I was like the boy who told the truth about the Emperor having no clothes. I didn&apos;t have any other words to describe it. I didn&apos;t know I was &quot;the truth teller.&quot; I didn&apos;t know I was a scapegoat, and I didn&apos;t know why.
