  Fun fact its not actually required to call a sergeant upon request some stations might have policies for it but its not a law.

  Threatening a cop is a felony, but cops don&apos;t always press charges for it. Cops are way more patient than you think. That&apos;s why they&apos;re trying to let her go with a ticket. They truly do not want to arrest anyone unless absolutely for sure necessary. I&apos;ve watched 100&apos;s of cop cam videos. Believe me, cops give people of melatonin equal amounts of patience. Spitting is battery. In this case, battery upon a peace officer.
