I keep seeing icf foundations with a gravel base ( not poured concrete) but no one ever shows how to put the vents in that are required ( where we live)

It looks like you are doing a great job I was wondering how you got the water to wash down the cement truck after your pour or did you already have a well dug and working?

does the concrete not cause the ICF blocks to float up? Is tying it to the vertical rebar enough to hold it down?

how much would it cost to hire someone to do this for me and just this (I am looking to build the house myself but want to have a really good foundation like this and not have to deal with setting up water sewer and electric)? Is this more costly instead of leaving no crawl space and just laying a cement foundation? How would the sewer and water be connected with a solid cement foundation? Sorry for all the questions you are just the first person I have seen that has actually been super helpful and detailed! :)
