You know what's stupid. They could have fixed the Tony Stark character inconsistency with two lines

"Um Tony didn't you shoot Banner into space over something he MIGHT do?"

"Yeah and because we did that an entire planet was killed and Bruce went crazy all because of something we thought Bruce MIGHT do."

BAM. done. Shows character development for Tony and explains why Tony would be against it. because the last time he tried to pre punish someone it backfired BIG TIME.

Bendis' dialogue seems as if it's written without any regard to who is actually speaking. The entirety of the Marvel Universe is just one dude expressing himself through multiple speech balloons.

Bendis. Bendis? Yeah -- yeah, Bendis. He's, y'know, a hack. Hack? Yeah. Totally a hack. Crazy, right? I know. Yeah, crazy. Bendis. Bendis is crazy. And a hack. Oh my God! A hack? Yeah, Crazy. A hack, right? Oh my God! Bendis? Bendis. Totally.

It's crazy this was the best selling comic of the year and is almost universally disliked.

What bugs me the most about the setup is that Carol used to have precog powers back when Claremont was writing her and Tony almost married a precog named Meredith McCall, and neither of those things are ever mentioned.

What's really frustrating about She-Hulk supporting Carol was in her 00s series, she was actually assigned a case where she had to defend a man who killed someone because he had a device showing the victim was destined to kill him. Jennifer only said he was guilty and only defended because she was ordered to but eventually turned the case on its head by revealing the victim and perpetrator were the same person (it's complicated).

Bendis really does mess up characters. I remember when Emma Frost helped someone with facing bad memories and she said, "You'll wake up feeling like you just took the biggest dump of your life." That was when it hit me that he has a limited understanding of some of the characters he writes. Glad he's DC's problem now. lol

All this logical problems could have beed skipped by making Tony and Carol drunk again.

31:21 personally, if i ever became preident or editor in chief of a comic company, the first thing i'd do is mandate that any character that is killed off has to stay dead for at least 10 years in real time before they can be brought back

it think that would make writers think twice before killing a character

I found this entire event to be completely and utterly pointless because this entire story made no sense from beginning to end

"Killing off characters" - I don't rememeber if I came up with that or if I read it somewhere: "In superhero comics, the Pearly Gates are a revolving door ..."
