To add onto Henry being FNAF 3's night guard, Phantom Puppet's whole gimmick is just staring at you. This can be interpreted as Charlie trying to recognize the man before her.

There's the fact that Henry also took part in creating these characters, hence he can see their phantom versions.

I’m a big fan of the idea that Michael is the player character in every game up to pizza sim. It makes the series feel more cohesive and Michael has always been a really interesting character to me

You missed Fritz Smith in the movie. When Mike grabs the VHS tape you can see Fritz's name under his. Nearly erased. Probably a reference to them both being Michael in the games

You forgot the goat, the man, the myth, the absolute legend known as Bob. Bob is the previous night guard in fnaf 2. Bob completed his 1st week without a Freddy head, or music box. Bob solo’d 12 animatronics 5 times with only a flashlight. He wasn’t stuck with the animatronics, the animatronics were stuck in there with him. This guy is the reason eh JJ won’t leave the desk, he’s the reason why Bonnie doesn’t have a face. He mangled mangle, he bit off Freddy’s ear, he stole ends 02’s suit. Give it up to the Legend Bob.

A small theory I had about fnaf 3 was that maybe the night guard was both Micheal and Hudson. My idea was since the phone guy talks to us like we’ve already done a night even though it’s our first, well maybe he thinks he’s talking to Hudson instead of Micheal. Maybe Hudson took the job before and after experiencing hallucinations either quit or (if you wanna keep to the original book) accidentally locked himself in the oven in a fit of hysteria. Micheal seeing an opportunity to get into Fazbears fright, assumed Hudson’s identity and pretended to be the night guard

I don’t really have any evidence or anything to say it’s true, but I like the idea that Micheal chose Fritz specifically as a cover name Becuase that’s the name of one of the kids from the MCI. Even if he’d likely be a lot older, it’s fairly likely Mike knew the kids from the incident as neighbors. Wild speculation I know but it’s a neat idea (maybe Fritz was one of CCs few friends idk).

The thing that confirms Michael for FNaF3 guard for me is his monologue from SL. He gives his speech over the burned remains of Fazbear’s Fright, and his theme which plays over it is called “Demolition Inevitable”. The song even has what sounds like a fire truck siren in it. I think this was done to imply that the fire was what happened when Michael found his father.

Idk if this is bad timing or whatever, but there's a new FNAF interactive novel listed today called "FNAF: The Week Before," which might give us more info on Phone Guy, supposedly.

Honestly, I like to think that Jeremy Fitzgerald and Phone dude are some of Mike's friends from FNaF 4 (This is assuming that Micheal is Mike Schmidt, Fritz Smith, and the FNaF 3 nightguard). Unlikely, but it interconnects things a bit more and it's neat.

You missed mentioning that Jeremy was the victim of the bite of 87, mentioned by Ralph in fnaf 1 due to fnaf 2 being a prequel to fnaf 1.
