  What really clarified why the show was so polarizing was the interview with the writers. They revealed that the whole show was just their projection of their own personal angst, worldview, and wish-fulfillment onto the characters. It's not surprising why that didn't resonate with most viewers.

  Something else that annoys me is that the writers think they're super smart and self aware and in this show it seems they're unfortunately not :/

  I love that you didn't just destroy the show, that you actually analyzed what made it bad, and even gave suggestions of how it could have been improved. It's easy to say it sucked, and that's all most people do. It takes logic, reason, analysis, and skills to do what you did. Good on ya. All that AND your video, itself, was enjoyable to watch!   Definitely don't need to make every male character look bad to have a female character look good. Over exaggerating the very real issues with gender roles and mysoginistic and dangerous men only diminishes those real issues

  The biggest fail was the writing, as it came from a very loved comic book series that had loads of source material.

  The only thing I genuinely found funny about the show in the way they meant it to was the guy who just killed himself to get out of situations he didn&apos;t like, funny idea
