"The actual horror is the Project Moon fan base itself." No doubt, they are everywhere

A bit of addition to the warp train explanation ; the train saves the state you enter in, that's why Tommy from LoR is sleepy all the time. If you came in hungry, you'll be hungry for thousands of years. If you came in feeling nauseous, then you would stay like that for that amount of time as well.

I think part of what makes horror so potent in the world of Project Moon is that there will always be something worse out there in The City. With just how vast the world building is and how intricately we see heinous acts and misery being perpetuated, it really leaves a lot up to the viewer's imagination. Who is to say that there isn't some W Corp Train out there that is more horrid than Love Town? Who is to say that there isn't a part of The Great Lake out there that is even more terrifying compared to what we've seen? Who is to say what kinds of atrocities and horrible things the people in the Backstreets have to deal with in their day to day lives other than Sweepers and Syndicates? Stuff like The Crying Children and The Pianist for example who came out of basically nowhere and killed thousands in the Districts they were "spawned" into

Anyway the true horrifying thing is that this video has so little views, so I bless thee with Project Moon sleeper agents populating this video

I absolutely adore the world of project moon. Both with how gritty and hopeless it seems as a setting and the light of hope their games shine on it, showing that no matter how dark the nights are one can still find the light of hope to endure. And THAT is my favorite type of story personally, one where the heroes go through the harshest of (metaphorical) storms and see the beauty of the world on the other side. The harsher the storm, the more beautiful the sky is once it clears.

Arbiters, Beholders and Claws are actually representative of the three branches of the government. Arbiters are, of course, judicial branch, Claws - executive branch and that leaves Beholders to be legislative branch. That means that Arbiters "judge" if something is worth attention, Claws "execute" the orders by going hands on and perhaps Beholders are actually the one setting up Taboos and Rules of the City by observing it. This 3-branch system is also seen in the Birds and The Dark Forest. Dark Forest is the City, Tall Bird is a judge/arbiter, Big Bird is an observer/Beholder, and Small bird is the executor of their will.

Welp. I will die ten thousand times within two days when I am there. So it checks out how good the world building is and how it teaches me that I am nothing special and I will die alone.
