  This is the brutal reality of scaling that rarely gets talked about. Hitting $1.4M in revenue sounds amazing on paper until you realize your margins are bleeding out and you’re just running a bigger, more chaotic machine. When profit drops from 20% to 7%, you aren&apos;t building a scalable business anymore; you&apos;ve just bought yourself a 24/7 job with much higher stakes. The staff turnover and personal burnout are just symptoms of a broken internal process. Pushing for more sales and brute-forcing the work won&apos;t fix this—owners have to stop and build the actual operational guardrails, or the chaos will just keep eating the profits. Huge respect to Dylan for being completely transparent about where he&apos;s at, and great reality check from Mike.
