I am British, and my late wife was from the USA. So many times while living here she would say about the USA, "they lied to us."

In the UK, American food has a bad reputation as being extremely unhealthy and for portions being far too big.

Love the way you have an open mind and are prepared to accept facts.  Such a shame that so many other Americans don't follow your example.

Fun fact: the amount of taxes the people in the EU and UK pay that goes towards healthcare is LOWER than the amount they pay in the US - and we have affordable universal healthcare while you just have a medical debt spiral.

when your president can sack people on tv or menace corporations for what they say about him then you have no freedom of speech

In Europe we say that my freedom stops where I violate the freedom of those around me.

That’s my husband, I can vouch he’s a good guy. Came over for me, got married, fell in love with the country, now we have a 10 month old 🤭 thanks for reacting to his video! 🫶🏻

I believe the myth of bad British food stems from American GIs being posted here in WW2. We were on rationing, and food was bland and scarce, without access to garlic and spices, whereas the US had no food shortage. Returning soldiers took that experience home.

Whats really crazy is that the US pays about double what the UK does on healthcare per person. It is more expensive for the government to not have free healthcare. This is because of the artificially inflated price of healthcare there. Absolutely crazy fact.

The UK has healthcare coverage, the US has billionaire wealth care coverage. That's where your taxes go.

Americans confuse 'not having free speech' with 'not being free to abuse people'.
