  Psychologists say &quot;make a decision, and make it right.&quot; This removes the stress of thinking whether or not we made the rigth one. But as a homeowner myself, one thing i learned the hard way, is a problematic neighbor will surely mess up your life. Pray na matino, maayos, at tamang inggit lang ang meron sa kapitbahay. Walang aggressive pero self-righteous na kapitbahay. Pray hard, because the place, the house, the community may be ideal (if not perfect), but a troubled neighbor can ruin your daily life. Hindi man sayo inngit, pero pag yung iba nagpapa renovate and all, sumusugod with never ending complains kahit mismong katabi okay lang, yung isa within the same street sugod sya. Parang nabili nya yung street. and pray for matinong HOA. walang power tripping nobodies. Congrats! Leave and cleave, you&apos;re a good example for couples to thrive on their own. I admire your humility. Bread winners pa. Other couples much older than you pa nga super porma and flex ng bahay -- ng parents.
