You know those Awaken Realms people. Whisper in their ear that we really want to see a Special Edition of The Quest for El Dorado. I really want a deluxified, fancy, miniatured up version of that game.
I think it might be our favorite deck builder. Racing is just fun.
Speaking of which... isn't Heat a deck builder?

Astro Knight Eternity/Invincible The Deckbuilding game or Mistborn would deserve some love...

Witcher, yes it’s a deckbuilding game to me. The cards drive everything in the game, from movement to combat. And you’re gaining a card every round, building the tags to make combo-tactic attacks. Same way El Dorado is a race game with deck building as its main mechanic, Witcher is an adventure game with deckbuilding as its main mechanic.

one game in this category I have to mention (it's probably my top fav at the moment) is "Deckers". Is a deck builder with a market and board. Sweet small short intense, very deep and tough.
I will go check Knizia's Quest for El Dorado, 'cause you praised, and it's Knizia + triple-A hand illustrations

I love so many of the games on this list and I find my tastes regularly overlap with yours. You are always the first channel I go to when I want to see what you think of a game I am considering buying. Definitely keen to see what ends up in your top 10 solo games list!

I just recently bought my first Deck-builder 'GI Joe: The Deck Building Game. I love it so much.

I’m not sure how new it is, but I really dig the cuts with the over the shoulder camera angle. Alex. It caught me off guard as I’m so used to just seeing you talking in one uninterrupted cut, but I really think the alternate angles adds a lot to the video. Thanks for the great list dude!

A bit surprised not to see Clank in the list. I prefer Catacombs over Dominon, Arnak. Haven't played the others to form an opinion about those.

I personally categorize revive as a deck builder, you have a deck of cards that you draw from and you can add cards to it. Its extremely unique as you are very rarely drawing and you never shuffle. Its kinda weird as your discard pile is your deck. I could see the argument that its just a discard pile and not a deck but to me it feels like its both.

Slay the Spire 2 Co-op mode is my favourite way to play slay the spire. Only one more character to clear on ascension 10, running mirror match with a friend for all of them.
