I like the Harmony one.

The fact that there are no big corporate backers on any of these ideas tells me that the money men don’t see any of these as the next big thing. Which is a shame, as a small urban wind turbine to supplement solar production would be a fantastic addition.

Any home-made horizontal wind turbine is much better than the most advanced vertical one

All tests of ground-based small wind turbines show that they hardly produce any electricity.
Solar panels generate at least 10x more electricity with the same investment in time & money!
Reliable and almost maintenance-free for at least 25 years.
But 9 out of 10 small wind turbines stop working after some years due to the extremely gusty winds close to ground.

The shape is not slim, which obstructs the view. This is one disadvantage, but another disadvantage is that the vertical axis wind turbine has a limitation of the weight that presses on the bearings, causing the speed to be limited at a certain point, but the advantage is that it can rotate with lower wind power. My innovation is the horizontal axis wind turbine, but it removes this disadvantage and adds the advantage with a more efficient generator than ever before, making the size of the wind turbine the smallest but producing more electricity than the general large wind turbines.

I have 6 235w panels on my RV. it generates up to 1100 watts an hour and will generate most of my power needs. They were/are used. Cost me $423. Turbines are loud, vibrate, and just do not generate enough power to make it worth it. .. although they are getting better...

In the last turbine it describes the output in kWh (without specifying any time period).
Surely it should have specified kW?
