Thank you for sharing, Yen. You have a beautiful, bright home. Our lives and kitchens are very different. That is what I love about our world. I am in the U.S. and I 'pressure can' which means I seal our food safely in glass jars over the stove. I am very good at it. You would be too, and yes - - you have space to store the food you preserve. Let me know if you would like to learn.
