  Hey Yen and family 🤗 I used to eat lots of tofu when I was a vegan, a few years ago. In the U.S. tofu is usually more popular among vegans and vegetarians. That&apos;s a great recipe, thanks for sharing 🧡🍜🎉

  Yen , love your videos. You are a great wife and mother.<br>I am from Alabama in the US. I enjoy watching you cook your local dishes. The stuffed tofu look delicious. <br>I do not eat tofu in our family. But the dish looked yummy. You take such care in all the things you do.

  My kids loved eating stuffed shells which are large pastas in the shape of a conch shell, stuffed with a hamburger, cheese, and bread crumb mixture. &nbsp;Then they are covered in spaghetti sauce and more cheese and baked in the oven.

  Hi Yen! The stuffed tofu looks so good! We are trying to learn to eat tofu, since it is a budget friendly protein. Maybe I&apos;ll try that. 😊
