  2003 BMW R 1150 RT. Catalytic converter gone, new end can without baffle. What a transformation! More power low down (comfortably gets to overdrive at 60 mph). What a sound 😊. Like a WW2 Spitfire aircraft engine.

  Mostly I upgrade my Piaggio mp3 250 muffler because it very heavy but I added extra catalytic converters before it was noisy! 😊

  These modern things all make me glad to have an older bike. The only electronic things are the starter and the lights. Zero computers. No sensors. Just a basic motorcycle before they got so stinking controlled and maintained by computer systems and governments that have done more to make almost all vehicles simply a mess to own or maintain by the people who buy them.

  2018 Suzuki GSX S1000 Naked, full line with headers, pair valve removed(Block off plates installed) O2 Sensor removed, high flow Air Filter and ECU flash... Exhaust servo delete, deceleration cut delete, speed limiter removal. Completely woke up the bike up &nbsp;from stock... Wheely up on gas easily at 54mph!!! Also removed 90% of the throttle snatchyness!!

  Bypassing the 02 sensor is a great way to burn a hole in your piston. Run rich and you wash the oil of the cylinder wall, galling the wall surface so now you&apos;re burning oil and clogging up the exhaust. Switch to velocity stacks and you lose the balancing effect between the cylinders. Straight pipe? great way to hammer the exhaust valves seats without the backpressure to soften the impact.
