A2 tool steel. On a desktop CNC. Coming out clean.
You pushed Z1 further than most would dare, and the feedback you gave along the way doesn't go unnoticed. Thank you for this one.

Dude nice video, I’ve been waiting to see a review on if the Z1 could cut steel. Thanks for making this!

Very impressive performance, but I would expect as much from someone like you who "knows a thing or two about CNC." Glad I found this video because I was wondering if milling steel was possible on this machine. Now I know to keep it slow and which specs to use for cutting. Thanks for doing your due diligence and looking forward to more of your projects.

My Z1 Pro is currently out at sea. I'm really looking forward to it; I have no experience with CNC, but that's what it's for.

WELL SAID! 0:43 "More of a project than a tool" I encountered the exact same thing during COVID when I got extremely excited to do a CNC conversion project. It taught me a whole lot about CNC, but I never really ended up using it as a tool. The project was the tool, not the tool for my projects.

If this mill machine supports 3+2 axes, it will be a GOAT.
