  As a neighbouring Welshman, England were a brick wall of a team back then, super fit and packed with talent. No one cpuld cope with that English pack back in the day. Jason Robinson was an absolute dynamite of a runner. Two of the strongest in the world battling it out during the time.<br>RIP Jonah, the great man left us far too soon :(

  That was a fantastic England team in the early noughties and with that performance and the six nations in 2003 and summer tour down under the same year you can see why they won the world cup in Australia later on. The best England team i have seen in that era. A team of winners.

  Woodman was so quick and agile - modern day prop back in 2002. Underrated. <br><br>Props get lauded today for their feet and hands - he was doing it 20+ year ago.

  Wilkinson was just such a superstar. Understood the game of rugby better than anyone else on the pitch. Total orchestrator

  Times have changed and not necessarily for the better! Great and perfectly legal tackle by Cohen on Blair, going for the line, late in the game. That try-saving tackle would be considered illegal by today&apos;s ponce standards.

  Ben Cohen may not have been Jonah Lomu, but he was big, quick and not someone to get in the way of. &nbsp;Had a very solid defensive game as well. &nbsp;His opposite number, Doug Howlett is someone I&apos;ve always enjoyed watching. &nbsp;Surprised that the great Christian Cullen wasn&apos;t playing in this game.

  Lomu is amazing lets be fair. It is like two u12 school sides playing with one team having their sports teacher on the wing

  even though we lost this game i really enjoyed it. a good mix of old and new players... and mehrtens is all class. england played well too.
