I made more than 10k in a week selling off stuff on marketplace before a cross country move. This job was made for me 😩 - I would always add “Items are first come first served, no holds without payment.” And much like eBay listings I ALWAYS put a higher price than I was willing to take to make room for offers - sometimes they just paid the higher price!

Reselling appliances was good money for me in the past. I would go to Home Depot/ Lowes buy the scratched inventory and resell. One time I caught a 60% off sale on the scratch and dent appliances I bought everything

This is EXACTLY why i prefer not to buy stuff used, when i do i assume the seller actually knows how well it worked and is being honest about why they are selling.

Not sure if it was or will be mentioned, but in order to buy from bstock, you need a resale certificate from your state for tax exempt. So you will need to register an LLC or sole proprietor, get a tax ID number and then a resale certificate. If your state is tax exempt, you still need to provide a business license to purchase
