  I swear to god Herobrine better be in this movie. He doesn&apos;t even need to make a huge appearance just like in the background following them for the whole movie would work. Also it&apos;d set up a possible sequel in the future with herobrine as the <br>antagonist/villain

  Jumanji was great because it flipped the roles of the original film, having the game be smart enough to change its trap from a board game to a video game all so it could appeal to a newer generation and audience. It still managed to tell a new story while effectively making them play to beat the game so that they could escape. Ether ending its reign or quite literally just going back to their own world. At the given time, it was original, and the sequel built off of that.<br>Minecraft is its own thing; it did not need to pull in real people to tell a story. Given how many nostalgic and new Minecraft animated videos there are, both fan made and canon for trailers, this could have been delivered way better as a voice acted animated film. They could have still delivered something totally new given it&apos;s a sandbox game about creativity.<br>Of course this is just my opinion, but yeah, it just feels like the film is trying too hard and, in the process, forgot what all the fans would like to see rather than what they knew worked in the past. There&apos;s a reason so many fans are already trying to reanimate or &quot;fix&quot; the story idea off a single trailer alone.
