  The U-Force worked by using several sensors to detect where things were in relation to the two panels. &nbsp;If something covered or uncovered one of the sensors, it would correspond to a button press. &nbsp;The Power Bar covered two of the sensors, so that, when the others were placed at a 90 degree angle, it would be able to calculate X, Y, and Z coordinates of your hands, which is how playing Punch Out with it worked. &nbsp;It would know your hands were moving in certain directions. &nbsp;The Flight Stick option for it had two buttons (A and B) attached to small reflective circles that would flip open or closed beneath them, which indicated a button press, and it used the central pivot where you set it down to detect left, right, up and down movement. &nbsp;I actually have one and it works pretty well. &nbsp;I&apos;m just missing the Power Bar piece. &nbsp;But you can use whatever you like to cover the sensors, so a piece of folded paper works just as well. &nbsp;The only difficult part is figuring out what to do with your hands when using it, but that&apos;s what we have the internet for today.

  Man, this is such a trip back in time. I used to watch James all the time, every single video he made I watched religiously. I know that nowadays he no longer has the same passion and it seems time has left him behind, but I still appreciate the man for being a pioneer of this whole YouTube content creator thing. Just glad he&apos;s still around doing his thing.

  I found out that once you learn what each button does in the landing sequence, Top Gun is actually really easy. The real problem is that the plane&apos;s gun is semi-auto, meaning you need to either spam the fire button or use a turbo controller (which actually turns the plane&apos;s machinegun into an automatic weapon, making the game playable for real people and not just for single-button pressing robots.

  The zapper worked well back then, they just can&apos;t really be fixed.<br><br>And landing was the final boss in Top Gun.

  Most modern TVs won&apos;t work with the light guns anymore. Its because they were made specifically for CRT TVs back in the day. Once the modern TVs came out in the mid-late 2000s, CRT TVs went away
