Darwin’s first line about “Welcome to a world called earth” is also a reference to the video games. Professor Oak. Introduced the game by saying “Welcome to a world called Pokémon!” So it feels like an extra diss in Ash, Darwin introducing Ash to a world where he’s the expert.

"Reese's Pieces" is another amazing subtle double: he referenced the candy but Darwin also studied a species of monkey called "Rhesus" and he studied their habits and the biological evolutionary traits in their bodies and brains (so his test subjects for that work, like the butterflies, finches, etc. were, in fact, "Rhesus pieces".)

Ash has caught a Gengar in the most recent series of the anime, so the "yet to catch the ghost-type" line is no longer completely true. But when the rap was written, it was true that he'd never caught a ghost-type pokemon.

“Your animated slave fights make sick.” is both a reference to an episode featuring Porygon that gave some children seizures and Darwin’s staunch abolitionist views.
He described anti-slavery as a “sacred cause”.

Ash pronouncing Reese's as rees-EES could be a reference to the Rhesus Monkey, a monkey that Darwin studied

Also idk if anyone got it, but i believe the line "Where the actuall minds make the ground breaking work" is kind of tge attack to Profesors from Pokemon world, especially Oak, that sends children to collect data for Pokedex instead of doing it itself or sending any actuall scientists

They explained in the behind the scenes that because each Pokemon game starts with a Pokemon Professor welcoming you to the world of Pokemon, they would have Darwin act as a professor and welcome Ash to Earth.

10:26 “Hello and welcome to the world of Pokemon” is also more or less how Professor Oak opens up the original games. So Darwin is comparing himself to the professors in terms of knowledge.
18:02 it was the item cloning glitch. You talked to the old man, flew to Cinnabar and fought Missing No. Next to the gym.
10:43 The Lavender town music made kids sick, or worse due to the unnecessarily high pitched sounds hidden in the music.

Not sure if you caught the ineffective lines depth. In the show, there was an episode that Ash had a birthday and turned 11. Then in the next part of the series, it was said he was still 10. Hence “...you’re so ineffective, you couldn’t even turn 11.”
