Dave has gone off the deep end on real estate. “$140k out of school” is .1% of new college grads. $400k is a top .2% income. The median personal income is $52K. <br><br>Housing has never been less affordable perhaps ever.

For the record, the typical new grad in logistics/supply chain makes $54K ($77K for experienced). For cybersecurity it's about $85K for a new grad with a bachelors (about $120K experienced).
