Thank you Nami for your videos, I watch them before going to bed. They relax me. They are the last thing I do. Then I have a nice relaxing sleep. You inspire me in all of my routines. I am 64, i just retired, you teach me to calm down, relax when I cook, and make pretty table settings. And, I feel encouraged to re-arrange my cupboards. You bring peace in my life. Thank you. I love the peaceful sounds. 😊
