Im twitching in my mexican ahh seeing guga put the pumpkin seed in without peeling the shell, its a hassle to do but they do sell them already without the shell by the pound.

He should have done this for Halloween and called it "the real pumpkin spice."

As a Venezuelan, I love that you know what aRRepa is, and the way you pronounced it xD

The descriptions and debates from this video are the best I've seen since 2020, the year I started following your channels. Keep this format, Guga! Also, please try dryaging using laverbread, butterfly pea powder, zacusca or Horezu (the Romanian pecorino)! Zacusca might be Romanian MSG if you find a good brand (or a recipe) - vary savory. Also, would love a dryage using coliva (desert served at funerals). :D

I keep a constant supply of dried chilis in my pantry. Nearly all preparations I know of ask for the chilis to be rehydrated before use (yes, toast them dry). Using them whole and dry is a new preparation for me.

As an idaho native, I will agree, river bend ranch steaks fabulous. They have a waygu that is absolutely delicious. Ive watched your channels for years and have enjoyed some of your experiments and done some of my own with RBR steaks as well as learning how to make a really good steak.
